Accord Resourcing provides recruitment services in the Automotive and HGV sectors. We act as an intermediary to introduce candidates to clients for permanent, contract, or temporary employment opportunities.

2. Candidate Obligations

  • Accuracy of Information: You warrant that all information provided to Accord Resourcing, including CVs, application forms, and communications, is true, accurate, complete, and not misleading.
  • Use of Personal Data: You consent to Accord Resourcing collecting, storing, and processing your personal data for recruitment purposes, including sharing it with prospective clients.
  • Professional Conduct: You agree to act professionally, honestly, and ethically in all interactions with Accord Resourcing and its clients.

3. Client Obligations

  • Data Protection: Clients receiving candidate data agree to process such data strictly for recruitment purposes and in full compliance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.
  • Notification of Hiring: Clients must immediately notify Accord Resourcing if a candidate introduced by us accepts an offer of employment, whether directly or indirectly, within twelve (12) months of the last introduction.
  • Fees: All recruitment fees and payment terms shall be governed by a separate written agreement between the Client and Accord Resourcing.

4. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, designs, and materials belonging to Accord Resourcing are its exclusive property and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

Accord Resourcing does not guarantee the suitability, performance, or conduct of any candidate or client. We act solely as an intermediary and shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from the introduction or engagement of any candidate or client, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
